With Isaiah 26:7-10 and 2 Kings 24:1-4 as a point of departure, this message explores why the Lord finally brought judgment upon the nation of Judah in the Babylonian captivity, and how this parallels the state of the USA in the present hour. Scripture makes clear that the sins of Judah during the long reign of the wicked King Manasseh, included idolatry, sexual perversion, practice of the occult, and the shedding of innocent blood. The sin of the nation became so great that the Lord would no longer forgive. The message closes with a strong exhortation concerning what the remnant of God’s people must do in this urgent hour in which the judgment of God has come upon our land.
